Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase in original condition with a valid receipt. Only weaving and braiding hair can be returned for a refund. Purchases made by credit cards will be refunded to the original card. All refunds will be subject to10% service charge. Purchases made with cash and check will be refunded by a check. There is no service charge for exchange or store credit. We will ship the exchanged item(s) using the same shipping method as the original order unless instructed otherwise. Re-shipping charge will apply. Styling equipments with manufacturer warranty can be replaced for the same item within 90 days of the purchase with a valid receipt. It will not be replaced if the equipment has been dropped or abused.

If you have received a wrong/damaged product, then please call us within 24 hours at 1-800-421-4417.

Re-shipping charge will apply and the shipping charges are not refundable. If an order with a free UPS-Ground shipping returns unclaimed, a flat shipping fee of $10.00 + return charge of $8.00, $18.00 in total will be deducted before the store credit is issued.

Non Refundable and Non Exchangable Items

Items such as wigs, top pieces, clip-ons, ponytails, synthetic, hair care products, equipments, tapes, glues, accessories, DVD/videos, discontinued, clearance, and sale items are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Please note, custom orders and made to order items are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.
